Application Consultant

Liase with customer to understand functional requirements
Responsible for ensuring smooth, timely and quality system implementation
Report regularly to Project Manager
Working together with other project team members to provide training, pre-sales and post sales support
Deliver consulting, training, education and other engagement services
Analyse changes and impacts on existing application modules
Provide support after implementation
To work closely with vendors / clients and ensure the sustem delivery meets business specifications

Proficient knowledge in application implementation and support
Minimum 2 years working experience with at least one complete cycle of project implementation from requirement study, mapping, implementation, training and support for acceptance test till system go live
Experience in ERP implementation is an added advantage
Proficient in written and spoken English, Chinese and Malay
Conceptual analytical thinking and decision making skills
Highly motivated and well organised with good documentation skills
Able to work independently with minimal guidance
Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Willing to travel
