Application Consultant

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

  • Liase with customer to understand functional requirements
  • Responsible for ensuring smooth, timely and quality system implementation
  • Report regularly to Project Manager
  • Working together with other project team members to provide training, pre-sales and post sales support
  • Deliver consulting, training, education and other engagement services
  • Analyse changes and impacts on existing application modules
  • Provide support after implementation
  • To work closely with vendors / clients and ensure the sustem delivery meets business specifications

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Proficient knowledge in application implementation and support
  • Minimum 2 years working experience with at least one complete cycle of project implementation from requirement study, mapping, implementation, training and support for acceptance test till system go live
  • Experience in ERP implementation is an added advantage
  • Proficient in written and spoken English, Chinese and Malay
  • Conceptual analytical thinking and decision making skills
  • Highly motivated and well organised with good documentation skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal guidance
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Willing to travel
